By accessing or using gutlockfix.com (the "Site"), taking the Gut Lock Assessment, or purchasing any product offered by Gut Lock Fix Inc. ("Gut Lock Fix," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site, take the assessment, or purchase any product. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, please do not use this Site.
3. Educational purpose only
The Gut Lock Assessment, the Gut Lock framework, all articles, guides, and other content on this Site are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or a personalized treatment recommendation.
Use of the Site or its products does not create a doctor-patient relationship or any other professional health relationship. Please read our Medical Disclaimer in full before using any content or product from this Site.

All content on gutlockfix.com — including but not limited to text, articles, the assessment and its scoring logic, quiz questions, result copy, design, graphics, brand name, and the "Gut Lock" framework — is owned by or licensed to Gut Lock Fix Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written permission. Sharing links to our content is welcome and encouraged.
5. Permitted use
You may use this Site for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates these Terms
- Scrape, crawl, or extract content from the Site by automated means without written permission
- Reproduce or resell the Gut Lock Protocol guide or any purchased product

9. Purchases and refunds
Products sold on this Site (including digital guides and protocol documents) are subject to the pricing and terms displayed at the time of purchase. All sales are processed through Stripe.
30-day satisfaction guarantee: If you purchase the Gut Lock Protocol guide and are not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, email us at hello@gutlockfix.com with your order number and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. Because our products are digital downloads, we are unable to accept returns, but we honor refund requests within the 30-day window without exceptions.

We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
